b's: 2 wholemeal / 2 weetabix
free: salad / cucumber / noodles / potatoes / eggs
syns: 8 mini meringues - 8/15
HA! almost a week since my last post, i PROMISE i will not let myself slip like this again! i just couldnt be arsed to type at the mo lol
anyhoooooo my loss for the week was 2.5 pounds, not bad but could be a lot better (considering it was 'star' week so i was bloated!)
Food Yesterday:
a's: 250 ml semi skimmed / 2 laughing cow triangles
b's: 2 wholemeal / 2 weetabix
free: mug shot / pasta n sauce / quorn sausages / mushy peas / banana
syns: 1/2 twister / meringue / 2 ryvitas - unsure.... about 10/15
