Bust: 41.5 inches (not that I want to lose anything here!)
Upper Arm: 15.5 inches
Thigh: 25 inches
Dress size: 18
Every Day I'm going to write what I've eaten as slimming world encourages a food diary and i'm gonna put mine here with any thoughts, complaining, recipe ideas etc.
Each week after class I'm going to put what my new weight reulst is, whether i've lost, maintained or put on (hopefully not!). After a month I'm going to take new measurements to see if there's any changes there too.
Well... here we go!
