Number One

I'm a Foodie. Always have been, always will be. I just love food. But I want to be fit and healthy. At nearly 20 im around 3 stone overweight and its getting depressing now. A while back I managed to lose 2 stone with slimming world in a few months, until I put it all back on (and then some!) after moving away to University. Well I've got the summer to get fit and thinner. My deadline is the 11th of August - my friends and I are going on Holiday and for once I want to be completely confident on the beach. I've decided that it's up to me to lose weight, no-one else can do it for me and there's no use in sitting around and moping - that certainly wont shift pounds!
So i'm going back to my old class, starting tonight, and from tomorrow I'm keeping myself in check with this online food diary; with all the nitty gritty details left in!
